My favorite athlete I have my favorite athlete his name sombat banchamek. A.k.a buakaw. He born may 8 1982 from thailand, buakaw professional muaythai, and kickboxing He has many achievements he two time win K-1 World Max, championship. He was from fan to fighter, when he watched a match muaythai he was motivated to be fighter. He always doing his exercises. His exercise really really extreme. He wake up 5 pm and run over 10 kilometers as warm up, and then he doing 15 round pad, and doing bag work. He doing always punch himself. And many painfull exercises. His meal very strict. He can do many martial art like muaythai, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, jiujitsu. He still learning on university, so he honory master holder
